Our team has over 30 years of experience in the property and construction industry. We have a wealth of experience in all aspects of the property lifecycle, from property acquisition through to construction, occupation, disposal or asset diversification. We provide a balanced, solution focused approach to allow our clients to make well informed decisions.

Managing Director
Joshua Roger - MRICS, BSc
Josh is an experienced Chartered Surveyor, Project Manager and a proud member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
He has over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry providing expert advice at all stages of the property lifecycle and across a variety of sectors.
Before founding Chartwell Surveying, Josh has worked for some of the industry’s top tier firms, including Currie & Brown, Faithful + Gould and Naismiths which have forged his impressive skillset.

Iain Plant - MRICS, MSc
Iain is a highly experienced Chartered Surveyor and is a trusted partner to Chartwell Surveying with over 15 years experience in the industry.
He is also a RICS Registered Valuer and a former RICS Chairman for the Sussex region. Iain specialises in providing due diligence advice across residential, commercial and ecclesiastical property assets.
Iain holds a Master’s Degree in Building Surveying and became a chartered member of RICS in 2012.

Alice Pottle - MA
Alice is our project co-ordinator, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Chartwell Surveying.
Alice has vast experience co-ordinating projects. She is a naturally analytical individual with a passion for technology ensuring we stay at the forefront of our industry.
Alice also champions our commitment to achieving our Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) targets.
